Qualifications and Requirements: At least 23 (twenty-three) years of age, household income of $50,000 USD (the combined income of married couples or unmarried couples living together is considered “household” income), gainfully employed (not to exclude retirees or the disabled with household income as described above) and creditworthy. You may not be in bankruptcy at the time of the tour. Couples, married or unmarried, must attend tour together and both must present forms of identification such as a valid U.S. driver’s license, U.S. state identification card or passport (cohabitant’s identification must contain matching addresses) and a personal major credit card (prepaid cards not accepted) at time of tour. If you travel and you do not attend the full presentation or are disqualified at the time of the tour, the difference between the marketing getaway package price and the retail rate for the applicable property at that time, or $300 (whichever is greater) plus any premium cost, if included, and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. All parties attending the tour must understand and speak English. Guests cannot be in possession or under the influence of alcoholic beverages during the tour. Packages are not pet friendly.
Reservations: Accommodations are subject to availability and may vary by season. Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. Subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights, this is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package. A $19.95 charge applies to each reservation change made after the initial purchase. Any change made within 72 hours prior to check-in or vacation no-shows will be charged a $99 penalty. Peak Season reservations incur an additional $29 (hotel)/$49 (resort) per night fee. 2020 Peak Season Dates: 3/15/2020-3/29/2020, 4/6/2020-4/12/2020, 11/26/2020-11/29/2020, 12/21/2020-1/1/2021. Accommodations: Confirmation email, credit card and valid government issued ID are required for check-in. Unless otherwise offered as part of your promotional offer, accommodations will be in a standard run-of-house hotel room or one-bedroom villa run-of-house for up to 4 adults and children. Upgrades and extra nights may be requested at an additional cost but are not guaranteed. The resort is a cashless environment. For your convenience, the resort will complete a pre-authorization on your credit card or debit card for $115 for phone and room incidentals depending on resort location. It will take between 3-10 days after check out to release this authorization. You are responsible for the hotel and resort taxes which range from $5 to $42 per night depending on where and when you travel. For hotel stays, a hold of up to $150 may be placed on your credit card. All other charges and expenses, including airfare, local transportation (including to and from the sales presentation), all related taxes and any incidentals are your sole responsibility and are not included in this special rate.
